Hello, I'm Sudipta Goswami and would like to know that how can I register for the new govt. scheme Annapurna yojna as my name is not registered with the scheme lakshmir bhandar. Could you please guide me how can I come under this Annapurna scheme? It's not only my question, every woman is asking me where I live. Even my relatives are asking how to apply... Please help. Thank you.
