Applied for EPIC, but yet to receive EPIC no.

My daughter, Sagnika Das, just completed 18 years in February, 2026. She has applied for enrolment in voter list, BLO has been assigned, but yet to receive the date of hearing. Naturally she does not have an EPIC, but while filling up the form of Annapurna Yojana for her mother, Sagnika's particulars remain unfinished, and that is why the submission remains incomplete as the EPIC number is mandatory for all adult members of the family. Please suggest the possible way out.
