Beneficiary Status Not Showing – Only Head of the Family Name Showing

I submitted the Family Level Data Collection Form for my family. However, only the Head of the Family, Asish Saha, is currently showing, while my mother’s name, Sulta Saha, is not appearing in the beneficiary list. The current application status is showing “For Further Verification.” While filling out the form, the “Apply for Annapurna Bhandar” option for my mother may have been accidentally left blank, as neither “Yes” nor “No” was selected. However, all her other details, including her Aadhaar, ration card, and address, were entered correctly. I kindly request you to please verify the application and allow me to edit the application or update my mother’s “Apply for Annapurna Bhandar” option to “Yes” from your end, so that her name can be properly included in the beneficiary list.
