Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

PM YASASVI (PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India) is a flagship scholarship programme implemented by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. Benefits for Top Class College Education Students

• Full tuition fee and non-refundable charges are covered for eligible students studying in notified institutions.
• For private institutions, tuition fee support is available up to Rs. 2.00 lakh per year.
• For Commercial Pilot Training and Type Rating Courses in approved private flying institutes, tuition fee support is available up to Rs. 3.72 lakh per year.
• Students receive a living allowance of Rs. 3,000 per month.
• Books and stationery assistance of Rs. 5,000 per year is provided.
• One-time financial assistance up to Rs. 45,000 is available for purchasing a laptop or computer with accessories.
• The scholarship can continue until completion of the course subject to satisfactory academic performance and annual renewal.
• Scholarship funds are transferred directly to the student's bank account through DBT.

Eligibility Requirements
