Deendayal health card status is pending from 2 months
Dear Treasury Office/ DDO,
I had applied for my Health card many months ago but the status is still pending.
Can you please look into this and get it resolved at your earliest convenience.
This pending status is causing family distressed as my health is getting worse but due to financial constraints I am unable to get any treatment and benefits of health card as per UP government policies for retired govt. Employees.
