I need government laptop

“I mistakenly clicked the RESOLVED option My issue is still pending" I am a 3rd year student of [bsc,ISM., ]at [M.M.E.S women's arts and science], Tamil Nadu. In this academic year, laptops are being distributed to students in my class. However, my name has been marked as "ineligible." I respectfully request clarification regarding the reason for marking me ineligible. I have not previously received any government laptop, and to the best of my knowledge, I fulfill the required criteria. Since other students in my class have received the laptop, I humbly feel that this situation is unfair and request a re-verification of my eligibility status. I have not previously received any government laptop and I believe I meet the required criteria. My family’s financial condition is not strong and our income is limited, so this laptop support would be very helpful for my studies. I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanking you
