Complaint Against PNB Deeg Branch for Unnecessary Delay in Mudra Loan Processing

Description
I wish to raise a formal complaint regarding the unnecessary delay in processing my ₹7,00,000 Mudra business loan application at Punjab National Bank (PNB), Deeg Branch, Rajasthan. Applicant Name: Bharat Singh Business Name: Brij Jal RO Business Location: Iklehara, Deeg, Rajasthan Loan Amount: ₹7,00,000 I applied for the Mudra business loan online, and the application displayed “Digital Approved” status. After visiting the bank, the officials informed me that my documents were in order and instructed me to get a balance sheet prepared through a Chartered Accountant (CA). Following the bank's instructions, I spent ₹10,000 to get the balance sheet prepared. However, despite waiting for approximately 20 days and repeatedly visiting the bank by leaving my regular business work, the concerned official has not conducted the promised visit and keeps stating that he does not have time. My business has an annual turnover of more than ₹90 lakh, my CIBIL score is above 780, and I have not had any EMI payment overdue. I also maintain a current account with PNB. This delay is affecting my business expansion and causing unnecessary financial loss and inconvenience. If any documents or formalities are pending, the bank should clearly communicate them to me. If the loan cannot be approved, I request a written decision stating the specific reasons instead of keeping my application pending indefinitely. I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter, arrange the pending visit at the earliest, ensure timely processing of my application, and provide a written response regarding the delay and the ₹10,000 expenditure incurred on the CA-prepared balance sheet.
