Complaint regarding the delay in receiving the tablet from ITI charbagh

I did not got my tablet from the respected ITI authorities as promised by them under the above mentioned scheme. The ITI course was of 1 year and it has been 2 years since I finished my ITI course. I request you to kindly consider my application so that I can pursue my studies using that tablet
