correction in adhar card

I,Mohammad Taufeeq Ahmad, sub inspector hamirpur Police,I had submitted my cashless card request , but my Adhar card no. incorrect . I have complained many times but no result found. my wrong adhar no. is showing xxxxx571. but my correct adhar no. xxxxx571. please cancell my cashless card
