The scholarship covers coaching, hostel accommodation, and meals at the Dakshana Foundation Campus (Dakshana Valley), Pune, without any cost to the selected students.

The Delhi Free JEE NEET Coaching programme aims to help talented students from economically weaker families prepare for India's premier engineering and medical entrance examinations. For the Delhi Free Coaching Scheme, students are selected through the Joint Dakshana Selection Test (JDST) 2027, followed by an interview and document verification. Only candidates who successfully complete the selection process receive admission to the one-year residential coaching programme.

Eligible students can apply online through the Dakshana Scholarship Portal, complete the Dakshana Scholar Application (DSA), appear for the JDST 2027, and secure admission to the fully funded residential coaching programme upon final selection.
