Demond of ration card in this yojna

I retired from police department. My unmarried daughter Niharika verma, who depend on me. I made deendayal cashless treatment of my dependent daughter. She is admitted in orthopaedic department of K.G.medical college, Daliganj. for surgery of fracture of leg. But the adminstration of above department demond the rationcard for free treatment & surgery. I haven't ration card, due to not applicable in BPL families. Please lodge a complaint about above problem and solved problem or give the instructions to related person or officer of medical college, lucknow. Vinod kumar
