I have filled out the Annapurna Bhandar application form online, but there is a spelling mistake in the title/surname of the Head of the Family, who is my husband. His name has been entered as "Dipak Nanerjee", whereas it should be "Dipak Banerjee."
I kindly request you to provide an opportunity to correct this mistake, or please make the correction on your end. All my other details are correct, and I am eligible for this scheme.
I would be grateful if you could allow me to receive the benefits of this scheme. Thank you

I have mistakenly written my name Manju Roy instead of Manju Roy Barman. I kindly request the authority to provide a chance to correct it and take my request into consideration.
