Divyangjan penstion scheme for individuals

My brother, aged 39 years and a UDID card holder with a disability, has applied for the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana / Divyangjan Pension Scheme. However, the first installment has not yet been received as the required meeting is still pending. please accept my complaint as request earliest and release the pension benefit without further delay.
