Not receiving the old age pension till now

To the Officer, old age pension scheme. Mrs. Jhuma Maity submitted an application for an old age pension in 2023. Unfortunately, she did not receive the pension even once. After many enquiries in the Anchal office, no action is made. It's been about three years; each time, she was told that her application had been loaded into the system and that the pension would be released soon. The final result is a large zero. There is no accountability for anyone involved in such government schemes. It is extremely frustrating and difficult for an elderly woman to return multiple times to check on the status of her application. I thereby on behaf of Mrs. Jhuma Maity request that please look into this matter and solve the problem. Thank you.
