Why I didnt got money after completing complete registration and updating account

My name is Ravi and I am from Panipat Haryana. my nikshay ID is 253655354.I want complete details on who is behind this scams. Who is looting common people. as this done to me I am confirm and I know that many more people would have suffered this. When in the times of need the patient who is suffering from such a chronic disease doesn't get even a single rupee then this is called giving hope and then killing him.
