Not Received Old Age Pension

I am Prasanta Kumar Ghosh. I live at Belai, Nanoor, Birbhum, West Bengal. I have applied for the Old Age Pension 3-4 years ago. My name is showing in the list. But despite of this, I am not receiving my pension. Whenever visiting the Block office, the office saying 'Your name is in List'. They are not taking new application. Will I get pension before leaving this world?
