Not getting old age pension despite 3 times application since 2021

It is a disappointing and harrasment, being 75 years (ID 8424054) and 66 years (ID 8425168) we applied for the old age pension thrice since 2021. Even we were in touch by phone call with an admin of old gov. They assured they will give. But harrasment and harrasment. Now we have a little hope. Please resolve it.
