Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a correction in my mother’s Annapurna Bhandar Yojana application. While filling out the application, some information was entered incorrectly by mistake. Aplication id number - 312202948765 submition date - 10th June 2026 My mother is a housewife and a single mother and she does not have any employment or personal income. However, her income was mistakenly mentioned in the application. Additionally, my employment status was incorrectly entered as “Unemployed,” whereas I am currently a salaried employee. I kindly request you to please provide an option to correct these details or allow us to edit the submitted application. I am ready to provide the correct information and any supporting documents required.
