Request to Apply for PM Awas Yojana

I wish to apply for the PM Awas Yojana to receive housing assistance from the Government. At present, I do not have a suitable pucca house and I am in need of proper housing support. I kindly request the concerned authority to allow me to apply for the PM Awas Yojana and consider my request for the housing benefit under the scheme.
