It has been pending for further verification for the last 3 months

After submitting the application in June 26, Application id- 315201043984. the payment for July 26 had arrived then my status has remained "for further verification" from August through October 26. I have already one time attend call verification and there was also a home visit, even after my application has still not been approved. I am eligible for this Annapurna Yojana, my husband has passed away, I have two children, and I support my household by working as a tailor. Please, I request your kind assistance in this matter. thanking you
