Complaint Against Private School for Removing Teacher After Medical Leave Request

have been working as a teacher in a private school for the last four years. Recently, I underwent kidney stone surgery. Due to my medical condition, I requested two weeks of leave as advised by my doctor. Initially, the school management discussed my leave, but later the correspondent told me over the phone not to continue working and said they had appointed another teacher. I did not submit any resignation letter. I have not received any written termination letter either. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and help me get justice, my employment rights and any pending salary
