Distributer refusal to surrender my connection

Dear Sir, I got ujwala gas connection in year 2020 and utilised this service upto year 2022 and after that I couldn't use this service due to unavoidable reasons and now I wanted to surrender above connection as I m old age person and my husband is not in a position to walk and we have shifted to Kanpur Nagar distributer Kurara Indane gas service providers is refusing that this connection can't be surrendered pls help me details of my connection as follows Name-Rajeshwari Consumer number
