Eligibility clarification for CM Free Laptop Scheme (2026)

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a final year student (2026) studying in a private college. My school education from 6th to 12th was in government schools. I would like to clarify my eligibility for the Chief Minister Free Laptop Scheme (2026). I am concerned because I have heard that the **Puthumai Pen scheme amount is not provided** in some cases, and I am afraid this might affect my eligibility for receiving the free laptop. Since my college is private but I studied in government schools, I am unsure whether I am eligible for the laptop. Kindly guide me regarding my eligibility and the steps I need to take to receive it.
