Eligibility for my wife

Hello, My wife is from West Bengal and she bron in this state district Hooghly. My concern if I am the head of member of family and paying tax per month but she is living with my child's as a housewife. so after putting all the details does she eligibility to take this scheme(Annapurna Bhandar). Please let me know.
