I am writing to bring to your attention that I submitted my application for the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) two months ago. However, I have not received any update or response from the local Anganwadi workers or the concerned government department.
The status of my application remains unclear, and I have not received the entitled benefits despite the time elapsed. I request you to kindly look into the matter and update me on my application status at the earliest.

Request to register my name in PMMVY portal
I ,Geeta Devi, resident of Village No. 2 Gorpal, PO – Gorpal, PS – Sootea, District – Biswanath, Assam, would like to inform you that I am a pregnant woman and eligible beneficiary under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY).
It is very unfortunate that my name has not been registered on the PMMVY portal by the Anganwadi Worker of No. 2 Gorpal Anganwadi Centre. Due to non-registration, I am unable to receive the benefits provided under the PMMVY scheme.
Therefore, I kindly request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action at the earliest to ensure my registration on the PMMVY portal so that I may receive the benefits.
I shall be highly grateful for your kind cooperation and prompt action.
