I have checked annapurnabhandar.wbicds.in and annapurnabhandarwb.com and registered via mail in govtschemes.in as annapurna bhandar scheme subscriber and gave my number mail and name and verified but I cannot access the form to fill all details to submit my data for verification before scheme starts. Please provide help and assistance

My documents are not getting uploaded, even after compressing the file size to the specified limit of 200 KB. It is showing try again later several times
