I appeal for getting a vehicle so that I can travel easily

I walk for a long distance which is a real issue this makes me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe while going for studies it's really time consuming as well moreover in my locality there are some men who always insecure me about my safety. They comments on every girl making us feel unsafe and the area is really not good for covering the distance by foot... I believe if I travel with a vehicle Its more safe and energy saver Please i request the authoritative person to consider my situation and help me with that
