i need laptop

have one, and I’m struggling a lot without it. Without a laptop, I have to go out after 10 PM to finish my work, which is not safe for girls. Because of safety concerns, my parents are not allowing me to go out at night. Due to not having a laptop, my project work has stopped. Not only me, but my friends are also suffering. Is support available only for SC students? BC students who are also struggling financially can be helped too.
