I am submit my Annapurna Bhandar from both policy first was offline and second was online but my offline from submitted but I can't get the benefit and and second time when I submit my from the cafe is fraud with me they cannot submit my from and cannot give my ID of application please I need help and I have belong a poor family . So I need and I request that to the government please can I submit my from offline or online process please tell me the process how can I submit this
