Laptop scheme issue

In my college Erode sengunthar engineering, thudupathi. Most the final year students got laptops from government even some management seat people. But mine and some others didint get the laptop because our name is not listed in the form. So i kindly request you to provide us the scheme for the missed final year students. Thank you
