By mistake my form was submitted and my detail was not filled at that time

My name is Kiran pandey. My details were not submitted. We are family of 4 members but I only filled the details of my husband and my both sons then by mistakely the form was submitted and now it's showing that the form is submitted I want to fill my proper details so that I can get the money.Please give a chance
