Eligibility Requirements
- All residents of Mizoram are eligible for this scheme, including:
- Beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
- State government employees and their dependents.
- Mizoram State Health Care Society employees and their dependents.
- Provisional employees/Muster roll workers under the state government and their dependents.
- Civil Pensioners and their dependents,
- All other people are not covered under the above categories.

Steps to Apply
- Beneficiaries must register for the Mizoram Universal Healthcare Scheme.
- Registration can be completed either online or offline.
Online Registration
- Visit the official portal of the Mizoram Universal Healthcare Scheme.
- On the home page, select the beneficiary and enter your mobile number.
- Complete the authentication process by submitting the OTP received.
- Enter your ration card number and click on the search button.
- The list of ration card members will appear on the screen.
- Select the policy name and premium plan from the list.
- After selecting the plan, pay the premium price online using Credit/Debit Card or UPI.
- After successful payment, you will be redirected to the main page.
- From there, you must download the payment receipt for reference purposes.
Offline Registration
- The government also provide offline registration facilities in areas where online enrollment is not feasible.
- To register offline under the Mizoram Universal Healthcare Scheme, visit the sub-centre level in your area.
- Fill out the application form and submit the required documents.
- Once the offline enrollment is completed, a copy will be forwarded to MSHCS.
- Thereafter, your details will be uploaded to the portal.
