My husband is is a private employer working in steel plant no permanent address to apply for Bpl card my daughter is studying with my grand parents in karnataka karatagi they are gardens for her now my daughter Bhagya Lakshmi bond is matured and we require mony for higher education but due bpl card they are not accepting my child bond so how can I come this mony
