No collection of waste on daily basis from our village

I am resident of village harishankar maniyari ward no 6 ,Post silout district muzaffarpur 843119 ,there is no facility for garbage collections and people throw their waste is open public pond nearby which leads to soil degradation water pollution which leads to dyeing of fish ,and lack of pure drinking water and after burning the plastics release air pollutants into air which ultimately affects asthma patient. So please ensure there should be garbage collection facility to start as soon as possible .
