No updates received through messages

My name is sushmita we are applied for prajapalana scheme. Today I received a phone call on sachivalayam and they said your application is cancelled due to not respond any messages. But we didn't receive any messages and call from certain official person and mobile number also updated wrong.kindly verify do the needful.
