Introduction
- Chief Minister Krishi Rinn Yojna was launched in 2017 by Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
- The objective of the scheme is to enable farmers take loans through formal channels.
- This will reduce informal loans in the agricultural sector and ultimately reduce the heavy interest burden on the farmers.
- Under this scheme, farmers who take loan of up to Rs. 3.00 lakhs and make timely repayments will get access to zero interest credit facility.
- Only KCC holder possessing land are eligible under this scheme.
- This scheme will only benefit farmers cultivating short-term Crops.
- To apply for Chief Minister's Krishi Rinn Yojna applicant need to contact their concerned CO/EAC/BDO/SDO/ADC/DC office.
Eligibility
- Applicant should be a resident of the state.
- Applicant should belong to agriculture sector.
- Applicant should be in possession of land.
- Applicant should be a KCC holder.
- Farmers cultivating short-term Crops are eligible under this scheme.
Benefits
- State government will be providing interest subvention of 4% on crop loan / Kisan credit card up to Rs.3 lakhs.
- In addition to that interest relief @ 3% per annum will be provided by state government for timely repayments of loan.
- Summing up all the incentives, farmers who take loan of up to Rs. 3.00 lakhs and make timely repayments will get access to zero interest credit facility.

- Self Declaration about crops raised/ proposed, for subsequent years

How to Apply
- To apply for Chief Minister Krishi Rinn Yojna applicant need to contact their concerned CO/EAC/BDO/SDO/ADC/DC office.
- Applicant need to fill up the application form.
- Attach the required documents with the application form and submit it to concerned CO/EAC/BDO/SDO/ADC/DC office.
- Submitted application will be forwarded to Circle Officer for verification.
- After successful verification, eligible farmer can apply for crop loan in any bank.
