Not getting the amount of the scheme though i am eligible for this

I am eligible for the Annapurna Bhandar scheme but have not received the amount despite applying both online and offline. In my panchayat, the initial selection favors certain preferred individuals, while genuinely eligible persons like me are excluded. Unfortunately, some ineligible people are still receiving the scheme benefits. This unfair distribution denies rightful beneficiaries their support and highlights the need for transparent and just implementation of the scheme. My application id for annopurna bhandar is-318108396341
