Complaint Regarding Non-Receipt of ₹1,000 Women’s Scheme Payment

I filled and submitted the form for the Punjab women’s ₹1,000 monthly assistance scheme at Guga Madi. At the time of submitting the form, only ₹1 was received in my bank account as a verification/transaction amount. Since then, I have not received the ₹1,000 scheme payment. I have repeatedly approached the society workers/officials for assistance and information regarding my application and payment status, but they are not providing any proper help or resolution. I request the concerned authorities to kindly check my application and payment status, verify whether my form has been approved, and release the pending amount if I am eligible. I would also request that appropriate guidance be provided regarding any issue or document required from my side.
