Pension Rejected due to pension department

I am Shobha Kukreja i applied for delhi old age pension scheme I got old age pension form from MLA office uttam nagar after filling that form i got a message for verfication on my mobile phone then i went to najfgarh touda mandi pension office and they said that my pension was rejected because of your verfication was not completed because they said that they messaged me in before days they called me for verfication and because i m old age lady i didnt saw that msg i completed all the paper works and attached my all documents that were required i wrote everything right on the application paper form but when the goverment employee filled the new systematic form filled some details wrong for example my d.o.b and father name etc. and today at 2 june i updated some details correctly but my all details are not changing for example my d.o.b is 7 January 1964 but the goverment employee filled my d.o.b is 1 January 1964 and that fault was not mine_ *that fault is of goverment employee Take action on this matter i m an old age lady i need my pension i need to fulfill my expenses* ..Please take action as fast as possible. I will be thankful to you
