Please re- start orunodoi scheme for my disable child

Hello sir. I didn't get orunodoi scheme facility from last one and half years . My son is a disable child and he was got pension in the form of orunodoi. But they stop from 1 and half year . So therefore I m requesting to re start my son's disability pension . It's a humble request to u . I went so many times in penchant office but they didn't do anything . I m suffering so please help me out of this Thank u so much
