Respected sir,
I would like to inform you that while applying for the Annapurna Bhandar Scheme, I mistakenly submitted only my own application and failed to select "Yes" and include my mother’s name, Mrs. Nupur Bhattacharya, in the application.
My Application Number is 303103497476. I kindly request you to provide an option to edit my submitted application so that I can add my mother’s details, or kindly guide me regarding the necessary steps to correct this mistake.
