Request for release of pending Bidhaba Bhata (Widow Pension) not received for last 3.6 years

Respected Sir, I Gita Rani Modak, wife of Late Binod Bihari Modak, am a resident of Village/Town - West Kamarthuba, Block-Habra 1, District- North 24 pgs, Pin- 743263. I am writing to bring to your kind notice that I have not received my Bidhaba Bhata/Widow Pension under the West Bengal Widow Pension Scheme for the last 3.6 years. *My details are as follows:- Name - Gita Rani Modak Age: 63year Husband’s Name: Late Binod Bihari Modak lDate of Husband’s Death: 09/01/2019 Aadhaar No.: 7366 9741 5836 Bank Account No.: 39663991431 Bank IFSC code: SBIN0001641 , SBI I had applied for the pension and was receiving the amount regularly until. However, since, the pension amount has not been credited to my account. I have enquired at the local Municipality several times & Reapply but have not received any clear information or resolution. I am a poor widow with no other source of income and I depend entirely on this pension for my daily needs and medical expenses. The non-receipt of this amount for 3.6 years has caused me severe financial hardship. I therefore humbly request you to kindly look into this matter and issue necessary directions to the concerned department to release my pending Bidhaba Bhata dues for the last 3.6 years at the earliest. I am enclosing copies of the following documents for your reference: 1. Aadhaar Card 2. Husband’s Death Certificate 3. Bank Passbook First Page 4.
