RTF amount not received.

I haven't received RTF amount released to sc students in 10/01/2026. My college "swarandhra college of engineering and technology" seetharampuram, Narsapur, west Godavari district. They are forcing and using unparliamentary words on me to pay the fee even if it was not received yet.
