Sahara Pension is not Received

Sir My Name is Amarti Devi - My Sahara card registed Aadhar card no is 379660829XXX, while i am checking my status throw adhar no it shows active , but when i want to dowanloal sahara card or updated my details it shows "Record not Found" i am suffing this issue form last 1 year and not receiving payment againt sahara yojna , kindly look into this meter and resovel this issue , i need a appropriate resion why this issue heppend and how much time will take to resolve this issue .
