Temporary application ID – 320200171597 dated 06-06-2026 at 11:54:07 hrs of Annapurna Bhandar Yojana, launched by Govt of West Bengal for House-Wife women with no source of Livelihood.I successfully submitted my online application on 06-06-2026 at 11:54:07 A.M. bearing Temporary Application ID: 320200171597. As the scheme portal had opened only on 04-06-2026, I was among the earliest applicants and expected my application to be processed promptly. To ensure there was no deficiency in my application, I personally visited Kalyani Municipality on 10-06-2026 and submitted a hard copy of my application along with all supporting documents. Unfortunately, no acknowledgement receipt was issued, and even thereafter no verification or enquiry was conducted.
The following documents were submitted:
• Aadhaar Card of myself.
• Aadhaar Card of my husband, Swapan Kumar Banerjee.
• Aadhaar Card of my minor son, Agnishwar Banerjee.
• Swasthya Sathi Card.
• Ration Cards of all family members.
• First page of my Bank Passbook.
• Voter Identity Cards.
• Electoral Roll (SIR-2026).
• Mutation Certificate and Property Tax Certificate.
To avoid any misunderstanding, I respectfully submit the following clarifications:
1. Income Tax Return of my husband
I am a homemaker and have no personal income. My husband files his Income Tax Return, but it is a NIL Income Tax Return, and no income tax is payable. Filing such a return should not be construed as evidence of financial prosperity or ineligibility.
2. Ownership of the residential house
The house at B-1/88, Kalyani, was constructed nearly 40 years ago (1985) by my late father-in-law. It is now jointly owned by three legal heirs. Although the house has three rooms, they are shared among three separate family branches. Our family effectively occupies only one room, and the property cannot be treated as the exclusive ownership of my husband.
3. Employment of my husband
My husband is employed in a private company in Kolkata with an annual income of approximately Rs. 4,80,000/-. I have no earnings of my own and remain entirely dependent upon the family's limited income for our day-to-day needs.
4. Residence and Government Records
Our family has consistently availed Government healthcare services, including my son's vaccinations at Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Hospital, Kalyani, which further establishes our permanent residence and genuine family details.
Respected Sir/Madam, I have honestly disclosed every fact in my application and have fully cooperated with the authorities. I have neither concealed any information nor violated any eligibility condition. Therefore, I sincerely believe that I am an eligible and deserving beneficiary of the Annapurna Bhandar Yojana.
The prolonged delay has deprived me of assistance that could have significantly helped my family during this period. For a homemaker with no independent income, the loss of Rs. 6,000/- is substantial and has caused considerable financial hardship. More painful than the monetary loss has been the uncertainty and the absence of any communication regarding the status of my application.
I therefore humbly request your kind intervention to:
1. Expedite the enquiry relating to my application.
2. Direct the concerned officials to complete verification without further delay.
3. Approve my application if found eligible.
4. Release the pending benefit, including the arrears due to me.
5. Ensure that I start receiving the monthly assistance at the earliest.
I place my faith in the fairness and compassion of the Government and sincerely hope that my genuine grievance will receive your kind and immediate consideration.
I shall remain ever grateful for your timely intervention.
Yours faithfully,
