• The Uttarakhand cabinet approved the Mukhyamantri Yuva Bhavishya Nirman Yojana on 10 December 2025.
• The purpose of launching this scheme is to help deserving students prepare better for competitive exams so they can build strong career opportunities.
• The scheme is expected to be carried out by the state's Higher Education Department.
• Under this initiative, young aspirants preparing for competitive examinations will be offered free online coaching.
• A nationally recognised coaching institute will be selected to provide training to the shortlisted candidates.
• All coaching offered through the scheme will be completely free, and selected students won't have to pay any fees.
• Students studying in government universities, government colleges, government-aided colleges, or those currently in Class 11th or 12th can apply for online coaching based on the exam they want to prepare for.

Exams Covernment under the Scheme

• The Mukhyamantri Yuva Bhavishya Nirma Yojana will cover online coaching for major competitive and entrance exams such as :-
  • Civil Services.
  • Railways.
  • Defence Services.
  • Banking exams.
  • SSC and similar exams.
  • GATE.
  • CLAT.
  • JEE.
  • NET.
  • NEET.
  • And other recognized entrance tests.

Scheme Benefits

• Selected students will receive free online coaching under the scheme.
• The coaching sessions will be conducted by a reputed coaching institute operating at the national level.

Eligibility Requirement

• Only students who hold permanent residency in Uttarakhand can apply for this scheme.
• The applicant must be enrolled in one of the following :-
  • A government university,
  • A government or government-aided college,
  • Or studying in Class 11 or Class 12.
• The student should also be preparing for a competitive exam or an educational entrance test to qualify for the benefits.

Steps to Apply
