What the Government is doing for loans before 2019

I , am not able to pay my bank loan since 2016 and every government scheme had made non eligible for the loan clearance. I thought that when the Government of Bjp will come it will do it . But I am dissatisfied with this system now , the system can give the loan clearance to the business man . And when the farmers turn comes the list of the various conditions. I am thankful to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister May your , legacy rule on the state and the farmers must face this situation of dilema where to Die or Live. Thak you .
