Wrong input choosen

I have chosen wrongly input my details at annapurna Bhander scheme i am interested but i have wrongly chosen not interested please correct my details because previously i have received Laxhmi bhandar in same details at same account. i have no idea for online from fillup process. kindly request you to please rectify my details or give me one chance for correction.
