Yuva Shakti Varsha Card Application Pending / Not Received

Respected Sir/Madam, I have applied for the Yuva Shakti Varsha Card through the Govt Schemes portal. However, my application is still pending and I have not received any update or benefit yet. I have completed the application process and submitted all required details and documents. But there has been no progress from the concerned department. I request you to kindly check my application status and process my Yuva Shakti Varsha Card as soon as possible. This scheme is very important for me. Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest. Thank you.
