I am a permanent resident of Assam but completed my higher secondary from other state. I scored 89.8 percentage in my 12th standard. I will be so thankful to our state government if they would consider me under the scheme because I'm from a poor family and we are not that financially stable to afford a scooty but I really need one for my college because my college is a way far from my home. I humbly request to consider me in this scheme
